A wonderful community theater was added to a school in rural Door county and they now support a world class performance series. Communities all over the state are rescuing old theaters and rebuilding them or building exciting new theaters from scratch. Kristi has a beautiful near her in Appleton. We are scheduled to undergo a major renovation with in about 10 years. It will be interesting to see how the arts fare in Madison with the opening of the $205 million dollar Overture Center. Being in the middle of the community, I hear a lot of stories about how the local arts organizations are affected by it already. I'm sure they will be following this closely at the Bolz Arts Administration school here at the University. Notre Dame has opened a big modern arts center too. And they spent a lot less than was spent at the Overture for more theaters. No messages were delivered successfully to AOL from about 2:15pm when I was notified of the first spam report until about 6:30pm (Pacific Time)... the actual block was likely in place for 4 hours. I don't know their algorithm, so the block may last longer after more reports. The list wasn't busy this afternoon, so that turned out to delay only 2 messages :-) > I do check the "spam file" on AOL about every other day, , every once > in a > while there's a Stagecraft item there, , I always indicate "this is > not spam", > , but this is a very infrequent happening Don't worry about the automatic filtering. The notifications I get are only generated for messages that are specifically reported as spam using the "Report Spam" button. If you could figure it out, so would the spammers :-) Thanks!
